ABOUT THIS JOURNAL

The Academic Journal of Law and Governance (AJLG) marks a new starting point in Romanian and European research dedicated to public law and administrative sciences.

The Academic Journal of Law and Governance (AJLG) intends to bring forward to the European and international academic scene, the efforts conducted by Romanian researchers and their European counterparts in investigating the developments in public law and administrative sciences with a clear focus on the European continent.

The Academic Journal of Law and Governance (AJLG) is the official journal of the Romanian Academic Society of Administrative Sciences. AJLG was developed by the Academic Society in close cooperation with T & T Academic Publishing.

Reflecting the diversity of the two fields of study, the Journal intends to publish peer-reviewed research articles, case and national studies that will grow the scientific knowledge on the European continent from both general and comparative points of view.

Open Access Policy and Access

The Academic Journal of Law and Governance provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

The journal is freely available. Authors are required to agree with this open access policy which enables unrestricted access and reuse of all published articles. Users are allowed to copy and redistribute the material in printed or electronic format and build upon the material, without further permission or fees being required, provided that appropriate credit is given.

Copyright

The authors retain ownership of the copyright for their publications, but grant AJLG a non-exclusive license to publish the work online and in paper form, to index the article and allow anyone to reuse, distribute and reproduce the content as long as the original work is properly cited. Appropriate attribution can be provided by simply citing the original work. No permission is required from the authors or the publishers.

AJLG is published once per year.
